La Rose du Petit Prince/Blue Emotion is a Floribunda Rose developed by Georges Delbard in France in 1999. The lilac cupped blooms are globular and have an intense fragrance. The rose is named after the Petits Princes Association, which makes dreams come true for seriously ill children.
